Do you actually come to me, or do I bring the car somewhere?
We come to you for the large majority of work - diagnostics, brakes, oil, starters, alternators, radiators, suspension and CV axles all happen at your home or workplace. Engine, timing and transmission work needs a lift and goes to our garage, and we arrange the tow.
How much does it cost to have you come out?
There is no separate call-out fee inside the Temecula Valley. You pay for the diagnosis or the repair, and the diagnostic fee comes off the repair if we do the work.
How soon can you get here?
Most calls booked before noon are seen the same day, and we are open 9am to 8pm seven days a week. Emergencies and no-starts get priority.
What is covered by the 3 year warranty?
Parts and labor on the repair we performed, for three years. If something we fitted fails inside that window, we come back and put it right.
Which cars do you work on?
Domestic, Japanese, Korean and European, plus trucks, vans, motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs. European work is normal here rather than an exception, and we take on carbureted and pre-OBD vehicles that a lot of shops turn away.
How do I pay?
Card, cash or bank transfer, after the work is done and you are happy with it. You get an itemized invoice with the parts listed.
